The County were asked to investigate the reason(s) why the above event was deemed to be Non-Counting for handicap increases.
Unfortunately the Officials in charge on the day incorrectly interpreted the ruling on a temporary green which was in operation on the day of the event.
This means that handicaps should increase by 0.1 where appropriate.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would be extremely grateful if you can advise any of your juniors affected by a 0.1 increase.
