…There are two leagues known as RED and BLUE.
…The winners of each league automatically qualify for the final which will be played at a neutral venue.
...A team shall consist of FIVE PLAYING MEMBERS from the club, (not necessarily the player's home club), there are no limits to the size of pools.
...A player may only play for ONE CLUB in any one season.
...All matches will be played over 18 holes of matchplay - five singles games, and played on the scheduled Sunday.
...All teams must play their players in strict handicap order, (exact handicaps will apply, not playing handicaps).
...All matches must be played, in the event of it not being possible to play a match on the scheduled date, it must be played on a date agreed between the two clubs prior to the date of the next scheduled match. Any re-arrangement of a match date must be notified to the Junior Scratch League Organiser immediately.
...In the event that a match is not re-arranged, the executive reserve the right to impose a result and the match will be considered to have been played.
...Scoring System: 2 points for win 1 point for draw In the event of teams having equal points at the end of the season, individual game results (games won and lost over the season) will decide the qualifiers. Should this result in a tie, a play-off on a neutral course will be arranged by the executive.
...MATCH RESULT SHEETS, SIGNED BY BOTH COMPETING CLUBS, MUST BE RETURNED BY THE HOME TEAM, NOT LATER THAN THREE DAYS AFTER EACH MATCH TO:
